(Ali-Imran) 3 : 82
فَمَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

“Then whoever turns back after that, then those are the transgressors”.

The Three-Time-Knower Lord has recorded all that happens in the universe in Adhikr and has kept It with Him in Paradise as told in verses 13: 39; 43: 3-4 and 85: 21-22. The Lord has taken a covenant from every mankind while they were created in Paradise by asking: “Am I not your Lord”, and they all replied: “Yes, we do witness” as told in verses 7: 171-172. In this verse, it is mentioned the specific agreement made with all Prophets. Lord made an agreement with those who were given the Book as: “Surely you should explain Adhikr to the mankind and you shouldn’t conceal It”, but they threw it behind their backs and purchased for It a petty price; then, what a wretched purchase they are making as explained in verse 3: 187. Only Adhikr is revealed from the Lord periodically as explained in verses 2: 2-3. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Muhammad contains all the 312 previous Books and their Upright Explanations as told in verse 16: 44. It is told in verse 26: 196 that indeed, Adhikr is present in all the previous Books. And it is told in verse 98: 3 that all the right and straight parts of previous Books are included in Adhikr. Through verse 7: 196 the Messenger is commanded to say: “Indeed, my Protector is Lord Who has sent down the Book, and He chooses the honorable”. One can become honorable only with Adhikr.

The Lord and Adhikr are denoted as the Witness as explained in verse 6: 19. It is commanded to the believer who testifies Adhikr that Lord is enough as a Witness for them as told in verses 13: 43 and 29: 52. By hiding and rejecting the Witness Adhikr, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are not accepting Lord as the Witness. So the read, heard, and touched verses will argue and witness against the Fujjar and will push them into Hell. Whoever from Fujjar hides or rejects Adhikr which is the Witness, Guide, Mercy, Explanation, and Truth, Fire is promised to him as told in verse 11: 17. None will hide Adhikr except the transgressing disbelievers as explained in verse 2: 99.

In short, whoever holdfasts the Safeguard Adhikr, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verse 5: 48. Verses such as 41: 53; 58: 6 and 85: 9 end as: “Lord is a Witness upon everything. See explanation 2: 140, 146; 6: 19 and 9: 67-68.
